Easy summer crock pot cooking recipes

Summer is a great time for crock pot recipes. It may be hot and humid outside, but you still need to make dinner for you and your family. Can not BBQ every day. Time won't allow you. Sandwiches and salads can be delicious, but sometimes you want a hearty meal at the end of the day. When you come home from work, I don't want to come home to a sandwich. I had already that during lunch. Order is nice every once in a while, but it can get expensive very quickly, especially if you have a large family.
