Cooking with Tulsi leaves – try this easy recipe

If you are familiar with India's Ayurvedic holistic health or system, then it is possible that you are already familiar with Tulsi herb. Ingredients:

300 g sliced handful of fresh boneless leavesHalf chickenA Tulsi sliced3 onions, garlic cloves-4, slightly crushed2-3 fresh or dried red chili, sliced2-3 tablespoons of the chicken stock1 tablespoon oilHalf tablespoon sauceHalf tablespoon fish soy sauceOne tablespoon sugar

Procedure:

Put a skillet over medium-high heat and allow it to heat up. Add oil when the oil is hot, add the Chile and garlic and sauté until lightly roasted Chile and garlic becomes golden brown ... Add chicken and stir-fry for 30 seconds or so ... Add sugar, soy sauce and fish sauce and mix for three to five minutes or until the chicken is cooked add the onion and stir-fry for another 30 seconds. If the mixture is too dry, add two to three tablespoons of chicken broth. Add Tulsi and give it a quick mix. serve over cooked rice, with fried eggs as a side dish.
